We approach city development differently. We care for the urban landscape, insist on functional public spaces and share your values such as the importance of greenery or public amenities.
We have established Landia sport and leisure-oriented company, through which we will prepare, install, manage and further develop sports and leisure areas and activities across Prague which are accessible to the general public.
In addition to other projects, we are also currently preparing a construction of cooperative housing and nursing homes not only for the elderly. The primary goal is to ensure a quality space for living with all the care and support of community life across all age categories.
We have started the construction of twenty generous, family villas in the Zátiší Lysolaje project. Implementation was launched on the basis of the high pre-sale of houses, which are offered in variants of 5/6 + kk. The general contractor is Unistav, and you can find more details on the project website.
Architects from the UNIT studio are already preparing a new look for Bohumil Hrabal Square in Palmovka. This will define the main public space of the Palmovka One project, which our company is managing. It will also include a work of art to celebrate this world-famous writer. In the second week of Advent, the Landia Management team, along with their partners and clients, visited Palmovka Theatre. The activities of the theatre will be supported by Landia in 2020. Kamil Hošták, managing partner of our company, wished everyone a great Christmas before the show, and we pass on those Christmas wishes to you.
The Doubravka lookout tower in Prague's Kyje district will be saved! It was recently set on fire by an unknown perpetrator, which threatened the existence of the entire building. Currently, the damaged part is being repaired, and thanks to good luck and the will and determination of all involved, the lookout tower will be reopened.
At the beginning of December 2019, we started construction of the infrastructure on the land in Lysolaje. After the ground work and utilities have been completed, the future villa district will begin to take shape in 2020.
Landia Management s.r.o. will enter 2020 as a proud partner of Palmovka Theatre. Our cooperation with this prestigious Prague cultural institution, which collects one artistic award after another, is not by accident. It is on Palmovka, where the theatre is based, that we plan the One Palmovka residential project through Akvo Praha s.r.o.
The Landia Management team visited Copenhagen as part of the #One Palmovka project, and also for future inspiration. We ventured through the city, which is renowned for its progressive architecture and design, and, typically, even rode a bike. We studied the implementation of architectural studios such as the world-renowned BIG or COBE.
The Rajský Vrch residential district was nominated by an expert jury for the Best of Realty 2019 awards in the Residential Projects category. The project, comprising of more than 250 apartments, terraced houses and building plots, was implemented between 2012 and 2019. All phases of the project were sold out before completion.
One of the most prestigious cycling races in the city - the Author Prague 50 - took place on September 21, 2019, with our participation. We supported the event both financially and on the road, with our Landia Racing Team competing on the 50 km route to Okoř and back. The route took us close to our future Zátiší Lysolaje project.
Seeds from historical Czech wildflowers were presented to all the ladies and young girls who attended the traditional social evening in Prague 6 on the 6th of September. This time, the event took place in the Brevnov Monastery. This small gift was representative of the large amount of greenery visible in our current Zátiší Lysolaje project.
The end of the holiday season coincided with the sale of the last building plot in our Zahradní čtvrť Kyje project. The extraordinary interest in the building plots pleased us greatly. Hopefully, we will soon be able to meet this demand with other projects which we are preparing in this part of the city.
The third stage of the Rajský Vrch project was completed this winter, and only the last two studios remain. All apartments were sold in conjunction with the final building approval. The Zahradní čtvrť Kyje project performed similarly well. Within this project we offered 23 building plots in an attractive location in Prague 9.
