Over the last four years, we prepared utility networks for dozens of building plots in Prague 9 which we sold on immediately. Demand for this type of property to be individually developed is on the increase.

Currently we are working on several projects in Prague 9 to make such building plots available. As in our other projects these will be provided with comprehensive utility networks and with prepared access roads. One of them is Garden Quarter Kyje.

We develop only prime locations in which future investors will find civic amenities, excellent transport connections, greenery and an established community of residents. In this respect, Prague 9 shows continuously rising prices of land for individual development.
