The garden quarter Kyje II
Kyje is one of the most popular parts of Prague for the construction of family houses. It is here that we implement the project Zahradní čtvrt’ Kyje.
Phase I offered plots for individual construction of family houses.
In 2024, the construction of Phase II started. It offers terraced and detached houses in several variants. It offers a choice of housing according to individual requirements and needs.
Our company Landia Management s.r.o. in this part of the metropolis has already realized the preparation of building plots, construction of terraced houses and apartment houses within the framework of the successful Rajský vrch project.
The garden quarter Kyje is being built at the north-western edge of the locality, for which the name Hutě or Na Hutích is common. It is part of the Prague 14-Kyje district, which is very popular among investors of family houses. The reasons include:
- excellent accessibility to public transport, to the city centre and towards Ústí nad Labem, Mladá Boleslav and Hradec Králové. To get to the centre, you can use the B metro station or the suburban train stops – both called Rajská zahrada. The train journey to Masaryk railway station takes 12-15 minutes. - excellent civic amenities, including schools, kindergartens, doctors or OC Centrum Černý Most, IKEA, Globus hypermarket, Makro or Hornbach within a few minutes
- plenty of greenery and opportunities for active leisure
